tOur training sessions are designed to teach, enhance, and develop the skill level of your athlete. Most sessions are small group (1-6 athletes). Groups are made based on similar skill levels. Small group sessions have been the most popular because the athletes are able to learn, compete, and grow with those of similar skill sets. There are times where I will mix groups so that we can see our improvements and get an idea of how you stack up as a ball player against other athletes. Each session lasts an hour. During that hour your athlete is working on the skills that they will need to improve and/or enhance their game (ball-handling, passing, shooting, finishing around the basket, scoring, defending, game situations, and more...). Individual sessions (1 on 1) are available by appointment only!
